At Fabric Street, we are driven by providing satisfaction in your overall customer experience. 

Many of our products are Made On Demand - printed and cut specifically to accommodate your special order.

If there is something wrong with your order because of a mistake on our part, we'll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

If you're unhappy with an order because it otherwise didn't meet your expectations, we want to fix it. 

In most cases, you won't have to return your printed/cut-to-order fabric. However, quality is very important to us so we may ask you send us a photo for reference. In some cases we will request that you return the order so we can take a closer look at the mistake.

We do not accept returns without a completed form. A 50% return fee may apply.  

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to issue a store credit rather than a refund. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Fabrics that have been cut, washed, or altered.

  • Fabrics that are wrinkled, dirty, or carry an odor, such as smoke.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged

Original shipping charge is non-refundable. 

    FabricStreet cannot accommodate reprints or refund purchases made on partner or affiliate websites. Please contact individual sellers to reference their specific return policy and report your customer experience accordingly.
